Hello, suggestion for the next leak. Use dry sandpaper, with grit above 600. Or soaked with isopropyl alcohol

Definitely on your way to half a million subscribers. Informative and entertaining, best combo. Always great to watch someone that isn't too proud to show everyone their wealth of knowledge. Some people get very cagey about sharing their skills and tricks.

I know very little of this field but ran across a different video of his the other day, didn't really learn much 💩 however I found it very interesting and decided to watch it because it's the type of person I am and I enjoyed it and I also enjoyed his authentic enjoyment he seems to get with doing this which is rare, so on that note imma subscribe not cause I'm going to watch every video but do believe you need some recognition. Good stuff keep it up 👍

Greetings: A fine gem that is. U picked a great unit 4 the presentation. Yamaha, 70s and the problem were great combinations. I miss that era. Things were simple, durable, great quality and function by Ppl and companies that had pride. Now, not the case. All is crap. I serviced that model and many more in the day. Nearly a pleasure 2 service. U did a great job. Thx 4 the share.

Why even bother? Unless it’s an exhibit for a science and technology museum. BSR turntables are horrible and fit only for the scrap heap. I should know from my unhappy experience with the BSR MP60, which rumbled like a goods train.

Teach kids soldering and its always heat on, apply fresh solder heat off. They always be solder first, then heat on , heat off then get solder stuck to pin!! thank goodness for chip holders - can't say how many 555 timers that has saved let alone it not being a problem if they solder teh chip round the wrong way round!! and why do chips not go into the chip directly - always have to squeeze the legs first!

Belinda's balls have dropped pmsl. I had a science teacher in 1984 called Mrs. Hazard. Sure she was a witch. We had biology, she asked what are the signs of puberty. I said "your balls drop miss". She said I would become a dirty old man in a raincoat.

You are so good at what you do I hesitate to make a suggestion, but drilling into confined spaces where you don't want to puncture something on the other side, just put a piece of tubing or wood that the drill bit will drive into and go no further. Leaned the lesson many times.....the hard way

Incredibly educational and fun video! Nice work bringing that Yamaha back to life for many more years of solid service. I have a Yamaha P2100 that is probably about due for similar service, and your video has helped prepare me for the job. If I have to get a repair shop involved, I'll just show them your video! :)
